Exodus Wallet (Desktop)

  1. Open Exodus wallet and open your Bitcoin (BTC) wallet.
  2. You should see three small dots in the top right corner of the page. Click on those dots and you should see the option to “Export xPub”. Click that.
  3. You should receive a message that says “Your xPub has successfully been exported” and show the file path that points to where your xPub was exported to. Open that text file to see exported xPub keys.
  4. To see Receiving Address click on "Receive" button and your Receiving Bitcoin Address will appear.


Blockchain (Online w/ Desktop)

  1. Login into your Blockchain wallet.
  2. Click on “Settings” in the lower left corner.
  3. Click on “Wallets & Addresses” within the drop-down menu. This will reveal your wallets and the addresses associated with them. On the right side of the page, click on the button that says “Manage”.
  4. Click on “More Options” on the right side of the screen. This should drop down to give you a couple of options. One of them is “Show xPub”.
  5. This final step will show you the actual xPub key in both text as well as a QR code in the event that you need to scan it for something.

Trezor (Hardware Wallet)

  1. Plug in your Trezor and open the Trezor Suite desktop app or web app
  2. Select the desired account from the sidebar menu
  3. Then select the the Details tab, and click on Show public key:
  4. Your Trezor device and Trezor Suite will now display your XPUB both as a QR code and as text.
  5. For security purposes it is crucial that you review every character matches on your Trezor device’s screen and Trezor Suite, just like when generating a receiving address or verifying an outgoing transaction’s address.


Ledger (Hardware Wallet)

  1. Open Ledger Live and choose your Bitcoin account.
  2. Select the settings wrench icon.
  3. Click on Advanced to reveal your xPub and copy it: Make sure to only copy the characters contained inside the " ", as in the image below.


Electrum (Desktop)

  1. Wasabi Wallet (Desktop)

  1. Open Wasabi wallet. Load the wallet that you would like the xPub key for.
  2. Once wallet has loaded, click on “three dots” in upper right corner and click on "Wallet Info".
  3. You should be able to see several different pieces of information in "Wallet Info" popup. One of these lines should say “Extended Account Public Key” and a long string of numbers and letter should be to the right. You want the one that begins with “xpub”, "ypub" or "zpub".
  4. To find your Receiving Address, Go back to your wallet and click on "Receive" button. A receive window would appear. Enter any name here for internal reference and click on continue. You will get a Bitcoin Address.

Note: You may not able to scroll to the right to view the entire xpub key so you might need to try this with a large monitor.


Edge Wallet

  1. From your home page, go to Assets > BTC wallet > Three Dotsas shown in the images below.
  2. Click on this option to view and copy your xPub key. Below you'll see two options, for SegWit and no SegWit wallets. In this case, we're using the xPub key starting with "zpub" i.e. the SegWit one.
  3. To get Receiving Address of your Bitcoin Wallet, from Selected Bitcoin wallet screen, click on "Receive". This will show you your accounts receiving address (Segwit Address). You can Press "Copy" button to copy this Address.


Binance


Unfortunately, currently there is no way to get xPub key for your Binance wallet.


Mycelim

  • Select you Bitcoin wallet. Press on three dots in upper right corner and then click on "Export account keys" from options. When asked for confirmation press "Yes".
  • One the Next screen, Make sure that the toggle at the very top is towards "Public Address" and from three options of "xpub", "ypub" and "zpub", select "zpub". Once you have selected that, copy the string shown below starting with zpub. This is you wallet's xPub.
  • To get Receiving address, with Bitcoin wallet selected, switch over to "Balance" tab and click on "Receive" Button. From Address Type dropdown menu select "Segwit native (Bech32)". This will now show your receiving address. You can click on "Copy" button to copy this address.


Locating Your xPub Key With Additional Wallets


We understand that there are a multitude of wallets in the bitcoin space and more coming online every year.
